Job Title: Data Center Operations Specialist

Hyperscal Solutions manages carrier-neutral Internet Data Centers, offering integrated services including network connectivity, managed services, work area recovery suites, cloud and media delivery services.

The company's Data Center Corridor initiative connects key data centers in Singapore, facilitating quick deployment and providing diverse connectivity options for enterprises and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily maintenance and operations of the data center facilities to ensure all active and redundant equipment is serviceable.
  • Respond to Mechanical and Electrical alarms/faults, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate data center projects, coordinating with external contractors and testing within operational standards.

Additional duties may be assigned consistent with the role's responsibilities and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Degree graduates in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualifications, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Data Center facilities management and operations or facility management experiences (M&E) in building, construction, semiconductors or equivalent.
  • Candidates without academic credentials but with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in Data Center facilities management and operations or facility management experiences (M&E) in building, construction, semiconductors or equivalent.

Strong technical and functional skills and knowledge of facilities management and operations are required.
