Position Overview:

We seek a seasoned Facilities Management Specialist to ensure seamless data center operations. The ideal candidate will oversee routine maintenance, technical support, and customer service.

  • Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of the data center facilities to guarantee equipment reliability.
  • Respond promptly to mechanical and electrical alarms/faults, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Support data center projects and additional work such as site construction activities and installations.
  • Ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree holders in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong technical and functional skills and knowledge of facilities management and operations.
  • Able to commit to 24x7 rotating shift duty.
  • Effective communication skills.

Technical Specifications:

The selected candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of our data center facilities and enhance overall efficiency.
