Data Center Facilities Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our data center facilities.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of data center facilities, ensuring all systems run efficiently.
- Oversee the mechanical, electrical, and building systems, ensuring they meet performance and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage and optimize service contracts, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate and ensure proper project execution for new installations or upgrades.
- Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the facility.
- Implement and maintain best practices in facility management, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
- Track and monitor facility performance, ensuring optimal uptime and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute preventive maintenance tasks.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of building technologies, mechanical and electrical systems, and facilities management.
- Proven experience in data center facility management and vendor management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and track job progress effectively.
