We are seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee the kitchen's activities. As a highly skilled Indian Chef, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the food preparation process, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the food preparation process and related activities
  • Develop and implement menus with new or existing culinary creations, ensuring variety and quality of servings
  • Inspect and approve dishes before they reach customers
  • Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
  • Arrange for repairs when necessary

Cook Skills & Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills
  • Verbal communication
  • Culinary arts training
  • Kitchen equipment knowledge
  • Knowledge of international cuisines

Requirements:

  • Proven ability of kitchen management
  • Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
  • Ongoing communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with industry best practices
  • Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment

Able to work well under pressure, maintain accurate production levels, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met. If you have prior experience in North Indian, South Indian, and fusion cuisine, we encourage you to apply.
