Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and drive business growth.

This role involves creating comprehensive recruitment plans, developing strong relationships with external partners, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

  • Create and execute recruitment plans that yield high-quality candidates
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with staffing agencies and recruiters
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successfully filling open positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Performance Management and Development:

  • Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employees meet expectations
  • Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives
  • Analyze employee performance data to identify areas for improvement
