Job Description

As a seasoned professional in recruitment operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational fulfillment targets. Your expertise in building and maintaining robust talent pipelines across job clusters will ensure readiness to meet client demands.

You will optimize workflows, performance metrics, and resource allocation to improve fulfillment rates and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure alignment between recruitment operational activities and Industry Unit (IU) objectives, delivering on both client and organizational expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive efficient and high-performing recruitment operations to achieve organizational fulfillment targets
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across job clusters, ensuring readiness to meet client demands
  • Optimize workflows, performance metrics, and resource allocation to improve fulfillment rates and operational efficiency
  • Ensure alignment between recruitment operational activities and Industry Unit (IU) objectives, delivering on both client and organizational expectations
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
  • Min 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Leadership and team management skills to oversee multiple roles and functions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Decision-making on resource allocation, prioritization, and process improvements
  • Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals
