Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process, ensuring seamless client onboarding, and fostering strong relationships with clients while meeting organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic helpers, encompassing sourcing, screening, selection, and placement.
  • Collaborate with overseas training centers, agents, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and organizational procedures.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to match their skills and qualifications with client requirements.
  • Lead a small recruitment team and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve placement issues professionally.
Requirements:

Proven experience in the maid agency industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.

  • Able to use basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with MOM rules and procedures for Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
