Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet our organizational needs. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align talent strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top financial professionals.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A min. Diploma / Degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
  • Great team spirit, persistent, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Dedicated, committed and responsible individuals.
  • Being passionate about meeting people is essential, you must enjoy meeting and interacting with diverse sorts of people as well as interested to foster closer relations with your clientele and candidates.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
