This is an exciting opportunity to excel as a Business Development Manager. As a key professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the recruitment industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client management strategies, and a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment space through cold calling, networking or referrals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of candidates, offer management and negotiation.
- Maintain a talent pool with a pipeline of qualified candidates and continuously engage with passive candidates to keep them interested in future roles.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and other related business disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year and above proven experience in business development, client management strategies within the recruitment agency industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
