SAAS B2B Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated SAAS B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at HR Force International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify B2B leads via cold calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Communicate the value proposition of our SAAS solutions convincingly to potential clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and set appointments for the sales team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or appointment setting, preferably in the SAAS industry
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in CRM software
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Estimated Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is commission-based with competitive rates and incentives based on successful lead generation and appointment setting.
