Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Specialist you research, identify and qualify potential leads for the Commercial team in line with the company’s strategy. You generate interest and create opportunities for Commercial hunters to pursue.
Job Responsibilities
- In collaboration with Strategy, Sales Executives and aligned to our vertical strategy conduct market research to identify potential leads, analyzing industry trends, competitor activity and market dynamics.
- Partner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas
- Identify key decision makers within new accounts
- Initiate contact with potential leads to generate interest in the company’s portfolio through a variety of methods.
- Gain interest through outbound cold calling breaking into net new logos in assigned territory.
- Evaluate leads based on their suitability and potential for conversion, segmenting them by their level of interest, readiness to purchase and other relevant factors
- Provide timely and accurate information about qualified leads to the Commercial hunters.
Skills & Abilities
- Expertise in lead generation lifecycle
- Strong understanding of industry and market dynamics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights and report
Qualifications
- Experience in a BPO company within a high-growth environment;
- Experience in business development, sales or related field experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and across many different parts of the organisation to get things done
- Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of new and existing accounts
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role
- Proven experience in successful lead generation, preferably in B2B or B2C environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field is desired
