As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s growth strategy. You’ll leverage your research skills and communication prowess to identify and engage potential SME clients across Singapore. This role offers a unique blend of data-driven prospecting and relationship-building, as you’ll be the first point of contact for business owners seeking financial solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the company’s ambitious goal of generating 6,000 leads monthly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on making meaningful connections and wants to play a pivotal role in helping SMEs access vital financial resources.Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential SME clients in Singapore’s vibrant business ecosystemBuild and maintain comprehensive databases of decision-makers within target companiesInitiate first contact through professional, engaging outreach callsCraft compelling pitches that highlight the value of our loan advisory servicesExpertly navigate conversations with business owners, addressing their unique financial needsMeticulously record and organize lead information in our CRM systemHit and exceed daily and monthly lead generation targetsProduce insightful reports on lead generation activities and outcomesCollaborate with the appointment setting team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leadsContinuously refine lead generation strategies based on performance data and feedback, potential for commission based on performanceRequirements
