We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our success.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team in executing strategic marketing and sales plans that align with the company's goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience and be proficient in English (written and spoken).

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and marketing team in executing strategic marketing and sales plans that align with the company's goals.
  • Assist in generating architectural specifications.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and sales opportunities.
  • Achieve KPIs set by the company.
  • Provide weekly reports.
  • Be a subject matter expert on our products as well as key competitors' products.
  • Identify and develop new markets and improve relationships with existing customers through innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to determine budgets and targets.
  • Develop clear and concise business proposals and reports on new revenue streams, improved products, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma.
  • 3+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Conversational Chinese is a bonus.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
  • Results driven and energetic.
  • Tenacious personality and able to work in sometimes rugged conditions at site.
  • Knowledge in the built-environment / building materials / interior design / architecture sector (preferred).
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
