The Role

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring sales activities and pipelines, facilitating events, verifying customer data, processing phone orders, making mentoring calls, handling customer queries, and assisting with incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales activities and pipelines to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries
  • Facilitate events, training sessions, and meetings to enhance customer engagement and support
  • Verify customer data in the system to maintain accuracy and completeness
  • Process phone orders efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs
  • Make mentoring calls and sales calls to build relationships and drive sales growth
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with incoming calls and provide support to customers as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum O Level/Higher Nitec/Diploma
  • Good team player, self-motivated, and service-oriented individual
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Takes initiative and pride in work, with a cheerful disposition
