Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely responses to their queries.
The role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Client Support Specialist will be expected to:
1. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
2. Investigate and resolve client dissatisfaction by conducting thorough investigations and evaluating findings.
3. Collaborate with technical and managerial staff to resolve discrepancies in reports.
4. Assess problem resolution for future applicability and share findings with quality assurance teams.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
6. Pursue referenced test results to meet client needs and expectations.
7. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and telephone duties.
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.
- Excellent service-oriented attitude and communication skills required.
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel desirable.
- Full-time hours (5.5 days/week) required.
