About the Role:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance information flow and engagement within the organization.
  • Lead and manage Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) initiatives.
  • Serve in an advisory capacity for markets where COURTS operates while also taking on an editorial role for internal and external newsletters.
  • Coordinate crisis communication efforts and provide strategic counsel on issues management, focusing on the impacts of retail industry trends to maintain the organization's reputation.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with top-tier media to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation while ensuring all communication materials align with the company's brand identity and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including management of office supplies and postal duties, while maintaining mailroom inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Review and renewal of Company's insurance.
  • Administration of supplier's gift registry.
  • Organize events and conventions, including coordinating meals or snacks for meetings as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient office operations and compliance with company policies and regulations while managing and maintaining General Affairs processes.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Mass Communications/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for writing in English.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrate leadership through independent, proactive, and resourceful strategic thinking and planning, complemented by crisis management skills.
