SVP, Investment Process Solutions
This senior leadership role oversees the relationship with outsourced vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- BPO Engagement Management: Oversee the relationship with outsourced vendors ensuring alignment with business objectives, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.
- Operating Model Reviews: Review operating models when identifying processes that are being outsourced, ensuring businesses optimize processes in partnership with vendor(s) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization, including front office and investment services, to ensure outsourced processes meet both business needs and risk requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate vendor performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with the outsourcing engagement and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and operational continuity.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to the outsourcing engagement, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on processes and systems related to the BPO engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor(s), facilitating open communication and collaboration to address challenges and drive mutual success.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, data, and investment services outsourced operations within banking or financial institutions.
- Proven experience managing BPO engagements and vendor relationships, with a track record of delivering operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of investment processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices in outsourcing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Proficiency in relevant technology platforms and tools used in investment operations and outsourcing.
