Job Overview

The Enterprise Solutions Service Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing our outsourcing service portfolio across various industries.

This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in managing outsourced client engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and leading a team to achieve high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of outsourcing clients across different sectors.
  • Oversee accounting, payroll, and transactions outsourcing engagements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Director on advisory engagement to clients on business process outsourcing, compliance, and consulting services.
  • Ensure that outsourcing services are delivered in line with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory obligations.
  • Review financial statements, management accounts, payroll summaries, and statutory filings to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and government agencies on behalf of clients to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outsourcing associates and seniors to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor workload distribution and optimize team performance to meet client demands and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics from a reputable institution.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA Singapore, or in progress.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in outsourcing, accounting, or professional services.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards, payroll regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A team player with the ability to manage client engagements, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
