  • Review operating models when identifying processes that are being outsourced to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.">
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure outsourced processes meet both business needs and risk requirements.">
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate vendor performance and provide regular reports to senior management.">
  • Identify potential risks associated with the outsourcing engagement and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and operational continuity.">
  • Lead change management initiatives related to the outsourcing engagement to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication with all stakeholders.">
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on processes and systems related to the BPO engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate open communication and collaboration to address challenges and drive mutual success.">

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.">
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, data, and investment services outsourced operations within banking or financial institutions.">
  • Proven experience managing BPO engagements and vendor relationships with a track record of delivering operational excellence.">
  • Strong understanding of investment processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices in outsourcing.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.">
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.">
  • Proficiency in relevant technology platforms and tools used in investment operations and outsourcing.">
