Our client is a global leader in the sphere of medical technology and they are seeking to hire an ICT Infrastructure Leader.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Providing end-user support within agreed SLA support
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting on system, access and utilization logs
- Developing and maintaining procedural documentation and operational reports
- Onboarding new users
- Develop and Provide IT Training to associates
- Maintaining a good working relationship with end-users and other professionals
- Provide Training to ICT Managed Services suppliers
- Any other ad hoc projects and duties
- IT assets administration
- Coordinate IT Managed Services contracts by tracking SLAs and conducting SLA monthly performance reviews
- Drafting and executing System Security related measures aligned to global/regional strategy
- Design, development, and documentation related to information security processes and improvement of existing ones.
- Education and training to employees regarding information security
- Incident handling for IT security related issues

Technical skills required:

- Microsoft Server Platform (Windows Server, DHCP, DC, RODC, RADIUS, Hyper-V, Scripting)
- Microsoft Network Services (AD, IIS, MSSQL)
- Device Operating Systems (Windows 1X, iOS, Android, Linux)
- Network devices (Cisco, Fortinet)
- Device Management Platforms (ManageEngine, Desktop Central, MS Intune)
- Web Platforms and Development (CMS, HTML, PHP)
- Microsoft Office Suite (0365 E3 and E5)
- Application Lifecycle Administration
- Vendor relationship management
