Job Description
As an outsourcing team lead, you will oversee a group of outsource assistants and seniors in providing exceptional client service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outsource assistants and seniors
- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members
- Manage financial records, including book-keeping and preparation of management accounts
- Prepare statutory reports, including financial statements and notes to the accounts
- Develop custom reporting packages based on client requirements
- Support clients during audits and provide expert advice
- Manage cash flow and payment processing
- Prepare GST returns and file with authorities
- Process payroll and manage leave entitlements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and negotiate deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 4 years of experience in business process outsourcing (client accounting)
- Proficient in accounting software and technology
- Meticulous with good accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
