Senior Outsourcing Professional

Job Overview:

The Senior Outsourcing Professional will be responsible for leading accounting teams, guiding team members and managing a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in outsource accounting and audit, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead accounting teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Handle client relationships, including negotiation on deadlines and fee adjustments
  • Manage team workload to meet client deadlines
  • Review work performed by accounting teams

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge in financial reporting standards
  • Good knowledge of payroll and taxation regulations
  • Knowledge and practical experience with various accounting systems
  • Membership of a professional accountancy body

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Problem management skills

Accountability:

  • Report issues that arise with clients
  • Anticipate potential issues that may arise
  • Track time spent by teams on jobs

Professional Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience in outsource accounting and audit
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role
