About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Manager to oversee our outsourcing service portfolio in accounting, payroll, and corporate compliance.

  • Manage a portfolio of outsourcing clients across industries.
  • Oversee accounting, payroll, and transactions outsourcing engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Support the Director on advisory engagement to clients on business process outsourcing, compliance and consulting.
  • Ensure outsourcing services are delivered in line with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Review financial statements, management accounts, payroll summaries, and statutory filings.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and government agencies on behalf of clients.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outsourcing associates and seniors.

About You

You will need:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business & Economics, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore) or in progress.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant outsourcing, accounting, or professional services experience.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards, payroll regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
