Job Title: Strategic Outsourcing Manager

The Role

We seek an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee our outsourcing service portfolio in accounting, payroll, and corporate compliance. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in managing outsourced client engagements, ensuring service excellence, and leading a team to deliver high-quality results.

About the Job

  • Manage a portfolio of outsourcing clients across industries.
  • Oversee accounting, payroll, and transactions outsourcing engagements.
  • Evaluate financial statements, management accounts, payroll summaries, and statutory filings.
  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and government agencies on behalf of clients.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outsourcing associates and seniors.
  • Review deliverables prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor workload distribution and optimize team performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business & Economics, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore) or in progress.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant outsourcing, accounting, or professional services experience.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards, payroll regulations and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
