**Perform constant reviews to understand and align company's operational needs with the requirements in managing customer’s requirement on report and statement printing** - You will regularly assess and align the operational needs of the company with the specific requirements of customers regarding report and statement printing, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric approach.

**Build strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers to leverage better customer service, cost efficiency and quality in the delivery** - You will establish and nurture strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers, fostering collaborative relationships to enhance customer service, optimize costs, and maintain high-quality standards in the delivery process.

**Manage yearly budgets depending on sourcing and maintenance needs by negotiating price and controlling costs** - You will be responsible for managing the yearly budgets related to sourcing and maintenance, utilizing your negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and effectively control costs.

**Analyze and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy** - Through careful analysis, you will identify areas for improvement in the overall sourcing strategy, providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar relevant field
- Relevant working experience as an Outsourcing Manager or an Operations Manager or similar field
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Hands on experience with outsourcing, financial and compliance documentation preparations and submissions.
- Experience in SQL and R/ Python (Or other tools for statistical analysis) and data visualization tools for statistical reporting is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experience.
- Ability to translate complex information into intuitive and visually appealing infographics.

**Working Experience/Skills**:

- Proven experience in driving automation and process improvement using Python.
- Hands-on experience with Python libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, or Django.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage issues that surface over the course of work quickly and efficiently.
