About the Role

This role involves ensuring customer success and supporting growth beyond planned targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Retention and Renewal
  • Developing relationships and identifying training needs
  • Ensuring partners/customers are on the supported version of the solution
  • Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities

In this role, you'll manage a book of existing customers, ensuring timely renewals, creating upsell opportunities, and driving incremental revenue through relationship building, customer training, and customer maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering Exceptional Relationship Management and Client Support
  • Nurturing the assigned book of business and identifying growth opportunities
  • Meeting assigned targets for renewals and incremental revenue
  • Identifying client training requirements and maintaining accurate records
  • Effective Onboarding and Training
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or Enterprise solutions sales
  • Ability to manage a book of partners; partner life cycle management
