As a Business Risk Partner, you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating operational risks within the organization. This involves assessing risk issues, articulating potential consequences, and providing advice on how to mitigate these risks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential operational risks.
2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
4. Provide regular updates to management on risk issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in risk management or compliance.
- Comprehensive understanding of wealth management business and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and Singapore.
