Job Description

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing the organization's risk management framework. This strategic position involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management Framework Development : Design, implement, and maintain the enterprise risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Risk Assessments : Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities across the organization.
  • Collaboration and Integration : Work closely with various departments to ensure effective risk management practices are integrated into business processes.
  • Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor and report on the organization's risk exposure and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Training and Support : Provide training and support to staff on risk management best practices.
  • Reporting and Presentations : Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and the board of directors.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related fields.
  • Skills :
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
