We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager with expertise in futures and options, forex, and equity markets to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to work independently to manage risks effectively. They will conduct risk assessments and analysis on investments to identify potential risks to the portfolio and develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.

As a key member of the Risk Team, you'll:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis on various investment products.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies and policies.
  • Collaborate with investment and trading teams to provide risk insights and recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and changes that could impact the risk profile of the portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in risk management, specifically in futures and options, forex, and equity markets.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and programming skills.
  • Good understanding of Pre-Trade and Post-Trade Risk controls.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey risk assessments and recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently.
