Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about automotive products and services via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Offer accurate information on vehicles and service procedures.
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments with dealerships or repair centers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and vehicle models.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support.
- Gather and document customer feedback to help improve automotive services.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, and analytical skills to diagnose and address complex issues. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional coursework or certification in automotive technology preferred. Relevant certifications, such as ASE, are also highly valued.
