Job Description:

As the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance, you will play a key role in managing appointment scheduling and addressing various customer inquiries. Your goal is to deliver top-tier service while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries about automotive products and services via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Offer accurate information on vehicles and service procedures.
  • Assist customers in scheduling service appointments with dealerships or repair centers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends and vehicle models.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to help improve automotive services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, and analytical skills to diagnose and address complex issues. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional coursework or certification in automotive technology preferred. Relevant certifications, such as ASE, are also highly valued.
