Automotive Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Representative to join our team. As an Automotive Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all vehicle repairs and maintenance meet the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests for vehicle repairs, modifications, and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide professional repair recommendations and prepare cost estimates to ensure transparency and clarity for customers.
  • Manage documentation for costing, claims, and vehicle history to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with vehicle check-in and attend to walk-in and phone inquiries to provide prompt assistance.
  • Coordinate with the Supplies & Logistics team for spare part pricing to ensure competitive prices.
  • Perform administrative tasks including cash collection and report preparation to maintain organized records.
  • Support service recovery and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license to facilitate transportation needs.
