Customer Service Advisor Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Listen to and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.
  • Offer advice on vehicle maintenance and warranties.
Service Consultation and Coordination
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
  • Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
  • Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfaction.
Administration
  • Prepare and present accurate cost estimates for labor, parts, and additional services.
  • Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Dealership setting will be an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high level of customer service.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Possess class 3 driving license would be a plus but not compulsory.
Working Hours:
  • 5.5 days
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday 8:30am
