We are seeking a driven and skilled Application Maintenance Support Manager to join our team at SCIENTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and maintenance services for our Traffic Engineering and Management projects.

About the Role
As an Application Maintenance Support Manager, you will be handling change requests, service requests, and incident tickets ensuring proper ownership and closure of these requests/tickets. You will also be responsible for creating and securing appropriate approvals for planned and ad-hoc system changes. Additionally, you will involve in user and system support during and post-system implementation, perform escalation procedures to senior levels, and manage vendors' service quality, contract, and support standards in accordance with corporate policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application maintenance support in all stages of the IT application life cycle related to Traffic Engineering and Management projects.
  • Handle change requests, service requests, and incident tickets ensuring proper ownership and closure of these requests/tickets.
  • Create and secure appropriate approvals for planned and ad-hoc system changes.
  • Involve in user and system support during and post-system implementation.
  • Perform escalation procedures to senior levels.
  • Manage vendors' service quality, contract, and support standards in accordance with corporate policies and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, or Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Application Maintenance Support and Operations.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • PMP and ITIL certifications are desired.
