The Pastry Team is seeking an experienced Junior Chef/Commis to provide exceptional quality and service to our guests.
- Prepare desserts per guest orders, meeting production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Maintain a positive work environment and uphold the hotel's high standards of professionalism by collaborating with colleagues.
- Monitor temperatures of chillers, freezers, and cooking processes, ensuring a clean, organized, and sanitized work area with proper food labelling.
You will be responsible for timely food service, effective communication with the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef regarding menu items and issues or shortages.
In addition to adhering to standard recipes and plate presentations, you will maintain quality in production and presentation, being vigilant about guest allergies and dietary restrictions.
This role requires flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work on weekends and festive holidays.

Requirements:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses:
- A minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Junior Chef/Commis, preferably with a luxury brand or Michelin restaurant.
