- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement total rewards strategy, encompassing monetary and non-monetary recognition initiatives across various businesses and functions.
- Maintain a range of total rewards plans and policies in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance and relevance across different employment types.
- Provide consultation services on compensation matters to key stakeholders within human resources and the wider organization.
- Assist in measuring and communicating the performance of total rewards solutions.
- Participate in total rewards projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders with strategic and financial impact.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of annual total rewards activities, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and agreement issuance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
- 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years specializing in compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and tax implications.
- Experience working in a multinational organization with matrix reporting.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data into practical recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
