About the Role

This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive, Overseas Student Programmes in the Office of Immersion & Careers at Careers@Gov.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer trip operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage with key stakeholders on trip processes to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Handle enquiries and feedback from trip leaders, students, and parents on trip matters to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support Country Managers in overseas partner engagements to drive business growth.
  • Utilize data analytics to improve trip planning and optimize resources.
  • Support the development of solutions, including digitalizing trip processes and other OSP-related functions, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in general administration to support the organization of overseas student programmes in the Polytechnic.
Requirements
  • Service-oriented with a human-centered mindset and good process mapping skills.
  • Tech-savvy and with the drive for improving productivity through digitalization.
  • Strong team player who embraces challenges and collaborates effectively.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas.
  • Southeast Asia and/or China work experience is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Travel and lead students' overseas trips to broaden cultural understanding and develop leadership skills.
