APAC Strategy & Operations Role

Seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of APAC Strategy & Operations Associate.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Country General Managers and Business Development leaders to prepare strategic reports and presentation materials.
  • Assist in setting and managing country-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking.
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights based on operational data.
  • Support regional performance review, planning processes, and business system improvements.
  • Participate in or lead cross-functional projects related to operational enhancement and regional alignment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or corporate planning.
  • Advanced degrees or international exposure are a plus.
