APAC Initiative Lead Position

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our APAC initiative management efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategy, setting priorities, and developing a comprehensive roadmap for the region. They will collaborate closely with business divisions to ensure alignment and effective cross-functional initiatives.

  • Drove the future of finance by leading initiative management in APAC.
  • Collaborated with business divisions to define priorities and manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Engaged with the digital asset ecosystem to identify new opportunities and shape industry standards.
  • Supported regulatory and compliance engagements to ensure regional alignment.
  • Became a subject matter expert on blockchain, crypto, tokenization, and digital assets.

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Asset Center of Excellence team in Singapore. You will work closely with business divisions and functions to deliver on UBS's Digital Assets priorities.

About You:

We are looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in financial services, a strong understanding of financial infrastructure, and passion for digital assets and blockchain technology.

You should have demonstrated project management experience, great communication skills, and analytical abilities. A good understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape for Digital Assets in the APAC region is essential.
