Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Key Account Representative to join our team in this critical role.

About the Role:

This position will report directly to the Head of Commercial and will be responsible for contributing to BeiGene's sales objectives by performing assigned sales-related activities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry, with 3-5 years of experience in Hematology and/or Oncology.

The successful candidate will be capable of building strong relationships with key customers, utilizing various digital engagement tools, and analyzing data to communicate clearly and concisely to HCPs.

The representative will be results-oriented, strategic, highly motivated, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strong territory-specific sales plans to meet customer needs and achieve business and sales objectives.
  • Establish superior working relationships with key physicians in assigned territories.
  • Analyze data and communicate it clearly and concisely to HCPs.
  • Work in partnership with HCPs to develop sustained collaborations over time for BeiGene's Oncology portfolio.
  • Coordinate commercial & access short/mid-term business objectives and maximize patient access.
  • Perform all administrative functions required of the position, including capturing customer engagements and codesigning cross-functional customer plans, in an online CRM system.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Pharmacy or equivalent educational background.
  • Over 7 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 3~5 years of Hematology and/or Oncology experience.
  • Proven relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in Oncology/Hematology & key external stakeholders.
  • Dedicated to making customer experience a priority and passionate about the patient journey with a patient-centric approach.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
