
Commercial Project Sales Executive

The primary objective of this role is to generate revenue growth through commercial cleaning services.
- Lead Generation: Prospect and establish new business relationships via cold calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, and on-site visits.
- Qualification and Assessment: Assess potential leads and schedule site visits for proposal preparation and presentation.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Develop tailored cleaning proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, proposals, activity, pipeline).
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs (calls, visits, proposals, closed contracts).
- Sales Experience: 2+ years sales experience in B2B field sales or services preferably within the cleaning industry.
- Prospecting Skills: Strong ability to prospect cold leads and build professional relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Travel and Transportation: Ability to travel locally and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Professional Conduct: Self-motivated, organized, results-driven individual with a professional appearance.
