Job Title

Business Growth Specialist

  • Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue targets.
  • Develop and align short- and long-term sales objectives with company goals.
  • Forecast and manage annual sales quotas, revenue, and profitability.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, analyzing logistics routes for competitiveness.
  • Conduct financial analyses to evaluate profitability and customer performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals.
  • Oversee sales team performance and support ongoing sales initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and business updates for management as needed.
  • SUPPORT other sales-related functions and strategic projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the logistics industry.
  • Preferably with 3PL background, specializing in Chemical and FMCG verticals.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and freight services.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with sales planning, contract negotiation, and feasibility assessments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to work across all organizational levels.
  • Willing to travel for business development and client engagement purposes as required.
