We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Career Development Associate to join our team. As a Career Development Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional sales experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver outstanding sales, operational, and customer service expectations
- Maintain personal and productivity goals, while connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs
- Leverage knowledge of all products offered to fit customer's needs, and maintain awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, demonstrating keen business acumen, excellence in critical thinking and analytical skills
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A Bachelor Degree on track to a minimum of Second Upper Honors or equivalent
- Sales-driven and results-oriented individual with a strong passion for customer service
- Relevant experience in the retail industry, coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic and motivated individual with a positive mindset, able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
