Enterprise Customer Success Professional

Job Description

Our company is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for growth, and develop plans to achieve them. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of customer engagement plans.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, build relationships with senior-level executives, and make a meaningful impact on the company's revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention through strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT is a plus.
