Enterprise Success Manager

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious professional to drive the success of enterprise clients in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for our enterprise clients across APAC, deploying powerful solutions like eAuthorize, eSignature, and SertifiPay.
- Deliver high-impact training and craft custom workflows that make our clients' processes more efficient and effective.
- Work hand-in-hand with our enterprise team to ensure clients meet their objectives, providing clear, actionable insights that help us continuously improve and innovate.
- Serve as the vital link between our clients and internal teams (Sales, Product, and Engineering), actively managing interactions via Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Zendesk.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer success or implementation within a SaaS environment and 2-3 years of deep experience in the hospitality industry.
- A proven track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts, preferably in hospitality or travel tech.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and customer success software (e.g., ChurnZero).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage audiences from end-users to C-level executives.
