Our team is seeking a Senior Customer Success Strategist to play a vital role in helping clients achieve success with our products.
Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding and training customers for seamless adoption, fostering strong relationships with key clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling/cross-selling, driving client retention and renewals, and minimizing churn.
