  • Maintain awareness of client needs and opportunities for expansion.
  • Understand competitive landscape, new industry developments and standards.

Main Objectives:

  • Drive positive customer success outcomes: retention, expansion, churn reduction, client advocacy.

Requirements:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
