The role of the Customer Success Professional involves ensuring seamless interactions with internal and external senior-level management to comprehend customer requirements.
This includes effective communication, troubleshooting service calls nationwide through call/video calls, and overseeing the installation of Zemote smart products for customers.
Responsibilities also include diagnosing and resolving technical issues such as troubleshooting and installation.
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, management expertise, and leadership qualities.
Familiarity with Home Automation & IoT is highly beneficial.
A basic understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint, is necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong Communication Skills
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Regional Languages (optional)
- Engineering Background (preferably B.E or Electrical Engineering)
- Troubleshooting and Installation Experience
- Problem-Solving, Management, and Leadership Skills
- Home Automation & IoT Knowledge (optional)
- Basic Proficiency in MS Office
