Job Title: Patient Relations Officer

The role of a Patient Relations Officer is pivotal in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for patients at our healthcare centre.

This entails efficiently managing front-desk registration, addressing patient inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting administrative and operational tasks as necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Anticipate patient needs and provide proactive assistance to enhance their comfort and confidence.
  • Guide patients through the registration, payment, and appointment processes.
  • Provide clear information about services, processes, and waiting times.
  • Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

The Patient Relations Officer also schedules and confirms appointments, ensures accurate collection and entry of patient information and documentation, and maintains confidentiality and security of patient data.

A minimum of GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any discipline is required, along with prior experience in hospitality or healthcare customer service. Strong command of English and proficiency in additional languages are advantageous.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
