Job Title: Proposal Manager

  • To ensure successful tender submission, we are looking for a highly skilled Proposal Manager to lead our proposal works team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing tenders from start to finish, with excellent communication and project management skills. They will be responsible for overseeing entire proposal works, including civil, mechanical, and electrical works, as well as pricing strategy and content list preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and review vendor quotations
  • Pricing strategy and commercial proposal preparation
  • Tender document compilation, including technical and commercial sections
  • Site visit arrangement and attendance
  • Requisition preparation and supplier sourcing
  • Tender review and submission, including follow-up on clarification
  • Pre-award contract review and handover to Project or other departments
  • Support Tender/BD/other departments on related works when required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal management or related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
