Job Responsibilities:

- Support Proposal Leaders and Sales Managers to develop the proposals
- Assist in proposal planning efforts and coordinates the activities of proposal team members
- Ensure adherence to guidelines in Proposal Manager’s Handbook during proposals preparation
- Lead small reimbursable proposals and pre-qualifications
- Define proposal deliverables and uses own knowledge of the business to facilitate their completion
- Compile input from various disciplines and ensures that proposals are responsive to the Invitation to Bid (ITB)
- Compile weekly and monthly Sales/Opportunities reports
- Administer the Proposal folders/CV banks and keeping marketing materials up to date

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or similar disciplines with at least 3-8 years’ of working experience in proposals, project execution or sales including experience in the engineering and construction business and the contracting strategies that are applied
- Ability to understand the requirements and implications of engineering and construction contracts as well as understanding the requirements of the invitation to bid documents
- Ability to incorporate legal, tax, financial and technical aspects into a proposal response
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
